Iv started the Berberine Complex due to insulin resistance, this product have stopped my cravings, late night sugar binge and over eating. Wow! I cannot believe how amazing this product has worked for me in the first few days and weeks. I have been very insulin resistant and struggled with soany products, diet and exercise and nothing would budge! The way it decreased my appetite and take away my sweet cravings is amazing!
