        My new favourite product 🤍

        I started taking the Inositol Complex on the 29th of November and finally got my period on the 8th of December after not having a period for 4 months. I usually suffer from pain but the pain this time is quite bearable. Some of my PCOS symptoms such as fatigue, anxiety and hirsutism have improved in these few days. Before I had to wax my chin everyday, now I’m waxing every 4 days.         so easy to deal with monthly heavy flows, my flows r so much lighter and iv noticed less cravings as well. my issue is more so with mood swings heavy flows and weight gain. I can say that using this product has helped with all the issues listed however consistency is key to keep all these at bay. iv tried other products and this has been by far the best for me
