        I have been giving it to my husband and I see a difference in his weight. I only give him 2 caps at night, because he like to snack. This has made him stop, also his insulin balances out throughout the night. I will start increasing his dose and I am positive it will make an even bigger difference.

        It’s been just over a month and I can say I have seen a huge difference.

        Acne is under control, period cramps gone, pcos symptoms under control, have to say with getting my first period being on Meloono was a breeze, no pms symptoms and period seemed more natural in colour compared to before.
